control which dropdowns they appear in across the system.
V — Visits site · can be assigned as the job's field engineer
C — Coordinates site visits · can be picked as Visit Coordinator on a job (customer-facing). Requires email.
E — Handles escalations · receives low-rating alerts. Requires email.
P — Primary · the current "acting GM". Exactly one person at a time. Escalations fall back here when no coordinator is set.
